Most of our images can be downloaded directly from our server and do not require shipment. For special orders like prints and frames we will use FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service (at standard rates) to deliver it right to your door.
Return Policy
You may ask for a refund of your purchase within 30 days from the purchase date. Note that this is possible only if you are able to immediately remove all images used in different designs and that you must provide a well founded reason for your request.
If you are having problems downloading an image please contact us and we will fix the problem. You can download an image up to 5 times within 7 days of your purchase. After that the download link will disappear and the order is assumed to be finished. Downloads are not refunded if more than 7 days from the download date have passed.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper.
IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
